– A lot of communication (gathering customers' requirements, functionality presentation, technical support management, troubleshooting and maintenance activities, task setting for development etc...) including international negotiations;
– Adjusting UI behavior and creating new features to meet client's needs;
– Database structure design modeling & building;
– Business-processes modeling and implementation using BPMN 2.0;
– Creating technical documentation using MS Office, MS SQL, JSON;
– Regular creating/usage of SQL queries and scripts;
– Creating analytics dashboards using complicated relational database connections;
– Creating video-guides for users both in Russian and English;
– Interface and database localization (usually "on-the-go") for English/Russian/Ukrainian users;
– Usual progaramming practice using C# and JavaScript while adjusting the system behavior and calculations;
– Using MS Server instruments, MS SQL Server, IIS, SVN for Web-apps & DB management.
